One Night of Elvis: Lee ‘Memphis’ King

“A remarkable Elvis tribute show,” One Night of Elvis features the one and only tribute artist Lee Memphis King. Lee is touring all major United Kingdom theatres bringing Elvis back to the stage for a night of memories.

Considered the greatest Elvis tribute artist, Lee Memphis King welcomes the change of format for the theatre production.

The production has been revamped to include some of the most important years of Elvis’ life, including the Vegas Years. Fans will be on the edge of their seats as Lee Memphis King sings all of the hits spanning from 1969 through 1977.

Audience members will hear all of Elvis’ greatest hits, and then they’ll welcome some of Elvis’ lesser known songs.

Gene Doucette is tasked with recreating all of the costumes that Elvis wore during his reign. Doucette is a name that is intimately familiar with Elvis’ wardrobe. He was the same person that created all of Elvis’ costumes originally, so audience members will get a glimpse at the same type of wardrobes people would have seen at Elvis concerts in the 60s.

Every inch of the stage and the show has been carefully designed and produced to be as close to the original as possible.

Lee promises that this is the ultimate experience for Elvis fans, and he doesn’t disappoint. Visually and vocally, he captures the very essence of Elvis on the stage. The tribute show is said to be the most authentic Elvis tribute show on the planet.

Elvis, one of the biggest icons in 20th century culture, is considered the “King of Rock and Roll.” The musician died in 1977 at the young age of 42 leaving fans around the world to cry in mourning.

“The King” is estimated to have sold 600 million records worldwide. He has been inducted into the music hall of fame in several categories. He was also alive to receive the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award at the age of 36.

One Night of Elvis includes music from Elvis’ top albums, starting with his #1 charting albums, such as Elvis Presley, Elvis, Loving You, Elvis is Back!, G.I. Blues, Blue Hawaii, Something for Everybody and several other albums.

Audience members will get a rare glimpse into an act that is as close to Elvis as anyone has been able to recreate.
